Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship using USPS. Additional carrier options such as FedEx, DHL, and UPS may be available at checkout.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
- International: Up to 14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Please be aware:
- Some USPS international shipments may experience limited tracking updates once the package leaves the United States.
- Even if tracking updates pause, your package is still in transit and will arrive.
For more consistent, end-to-end tracking, we recommend selecting FedEx, DHL, or UPS at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item or shipping price.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
